Matthew Roberts has created a cocktail menu devised to surprise and entertain! His innovative drinks are truly delicious, the Grilled Pineapple and Ginger Beer Mojito and the Sour Fig Caipirinha are two of our favourites. The 'Bar Bites' are as creative as the cocktails with Crayfish Popcorn and Wildebeest Doughnuts on the menu.
