Allow us to introduce ourselves. The story begins in 1986 with one man and one great idea to organise great ski holidays. That idea became a reality, and before long, Andrew Dunn was leading a dedicated team, crafting luxury ski chalet and ski hotel experiences for the most discerning guests.
Since then, we've taken our expertise to the Mediterranean by adding luxury villas to our portfolio. Part of the chalet/villa experience is enjoying a full Scott Dunn staff, including private chef and host. And for families, fully qualified UK nannies are on hand too.
In addition to ski chalets and summer villas, we also arrange bespoke luxury holidays to amazing destinations (and the finest properties) around the world, and unlike other luxury travel agents, they’re completely tailored to your requirements and to your budget. Our travel specialists have been to every property in their specialist destination, and know their area like the back of their hand. So they'll only recommend properties ideally suited to you and your party.
The history of Scott Dunn
Scott Dunn started life with just two chalets in Switzerland in 1986. Andrew Dunn brought together a group of friends including the present Guest Operations Director to create the very best chalet experience. They were innovative and changed the way chalets were run and today are the benchmark for the way things should be run.
A decade later Giles Trotter joined the organisation and worldwide tailor-made holidays were introduced. They, as they do today, provided adventure but without substantial loss of creature comforts.
Before long, Mediterranean villas were added to the portfolio, mirroring the success of the alpine chalet holidays in that they are fully staffed and fully catered.
Today we run professional children’s clubs in many of our favourite destinations.
