Our vision for responsible travel

Central to our mission is our Partnership for Nature with the Conservation Collective, which allows our guests to support projects that rejuvenate ecosystems and empower local communities. Through these initiatives, we're ensuring that the destinations we cherish continue to flourish.

We’re currently reviewing and establishing a Global Charity Partner and four Local Charity Partners (to each of our offices), which will allow our employees to contribute through proactive fundraising and hundreds of volunteer days, building a network of support for crucial causes that are close to our employees’ hearts.

Driving Sustainable Change

Our commitment to sustainable change is reflected in several other key areas of commitment and business development:

• In September 2024, after a long period of consultancy with the wonderful team at ANIMONDIAL, we hired a dedicated Sustainability & Nature Positive Tourism Lead to support in the embedding of more sustainable practices across the business.
• In February 2025, our first Sustainability Committee was formed, with representatives coming together from across the business to support our Sustainability & Nature Positive Tourism Lead in making action happen!
• We are proud to support the development of Hotel Resilient; a solution we hope will enable our property partners to efficiently report their sustainability measures aligned with GSTC criteria, fostering greater transparency and progress across the hospitality industry.
• We've crafted a comprehensive global Animal Welfare Policy informed by experts and guided by the Five Domains framework. This strategy aims to ensure the ethical treatment of all animals, domestic and wild, in the travel experiences we offer.
• We’re working hard to connect our guests with innovative initiatives at their travel destinations, showcasing projects that make significant impacts on the planet’s health and ecosystems while enhancing the livelihoods of local communities.
• We are signatories of the Race at Work Charter and the Women in Hospitality, Travel & Leisure - Diversity in HTL Charter, both of which solidify our commitment to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. In line with these commitments, we are making progress through investing in the development of our future leaders from under-represented groups.
• At the heart of meaningful luxury travel lies a commitment to preserving the extraordinary destinations we explore. Our Sustainability Committee brings together passionate voices from across the business - from operations and sales to product development and marketing - to authentically integrate responsible travel practices into every aspect of the company.

This journey towards sustainability is dynamic, and we wholeheartedly embrace our responsibility to evolve continually, partnering with a global network of property and experience partners who share our vision for responsible travel. We aim to integrate environmental consciousness into every adventure we curate, offering guests not mere vacations, but transformative encounters that deepen their connection with the world.
