"Right from our initial discussion on the planning and scoping for our trip, we have been immensely impressed with the level of support we have received from Scott Dunn. Prior to departure, the Africa team (primarily Sarah) provided lots of useful information and tips on potential tours, restaurants and places to visit which were very helpful for our first visit to South Africa. When things did need to be altered or rearranged this was done seamlessly and we were always kept informed with what was happening. During our trip the Scott Dunn App was very useful for documentation and for notifications during travel. We were also surprised at each location during our trip with recognition of my special birthday (being the reason for our trip) which had obviously been arranged and hotels and tours notified by the Scott Dunn team. All these touches were very much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Scott Dunn for travel, and indeed have already done so!!" FM

Destination: South Africa"Both trips to Atacama were very well executed and the advice we were given was very useful. The on the ground support in both Argentina and Chile from Scott Dunn agents was also first class. I appreciated the extra effort the Eli went to help me postpone by a year my trip to Antarctica and change my traveling companion. No complaints at all." NO

Travel Consultant: Eli Hardcastle Destination: Antarctica , Argentina & Chile"All the lodges were excellent, Pacuare, El Remanso, Naraya Gardens, Kura, Tortuga, the staff were brilliant as were the guides, the food was very good and the activities super. We would probably have preferred to spend time at Naraya Gardens rather than zip lining, the queues were very long on the platforms, just something to consider for future guests. Kura was the perfect hotel for R&R, Tortuga was wonderful, we loved the flooded forests, Pacuare was great fun, there are now not luggage restrictions as the have a gondola across the river so they can take the bags (and people) by car. El Remanso has a superb new dining area, a lovely relaxed vibe and they are very generous, allowing guests to do as many activities as they like, we took a boat onto the gulf to look for dolphins and that was super. Naraya Gardens was wonderful, especially as it was raining, we loved the choice of restaurants and the landscaping. Thank you for putting this together for us, it was perfect." AC

Travel Consultant: Grant Greenham Destination: Costa Rica"The hot air balloon over Teotihuacan was magical. Our guide in Mexico City was also wonderful (Ursula Oliva). Visiting all food markets and eating there was great. The Alest hotel in Mexico City and Jashita in Tulum were outstanding and we loved both of them. Exploring Mexico City's historical centre and visiting the museums here and walking around Puebla and visiting the churches and museums here were brilliant guided trips. We loved our short trek at Hierve el Agua and our trip to the Celestun Biosphere Reserve. Our visits with the guides to Chichen Itza and Teotihucan were excellent because the guides were so good. These were the best trips over the trip. You advised us to book some restaurants and this was excellent advice. We did and we had some outstanding dining experiences, but we did feel that these wonderful restaurant experiences needed to be partnered with the market food and more regular Mexican restaurants were visited with the guides so thank you." Travel Consultant: Konrad Mludzinski Destination: Mexico"We had the most magical holiday. The whole team were fantastic, making sure that everything was so well organised and planned meticulously. The accommodation was absolutely amazing, especially Mhondoro Lodge. The staff and service there was phenomenal. The Scott Dunn staff were fantastic from beginning to end and we couldn't have felt more looked after. Juliet was great with our initial enquiry and following up throughout the booking process and on our return and Katie was fab at giving us SO much information and booking our Cape Peninsula trip. The call with Katie the day before we left was particularly welcome and she was very patient with answering my many questions! Thank you!" PB

Overall we felt very well looked after. Whilst Los Ponchos in El Cafate was a bit quirky, this was more than made up for by the outstanding service." JL
