We don’t believe in off-the-shelf holiday packages. We believe your time away is precious and has to be just right for you. And we believe that, when it comes to your holiday, the greatest luxury of all is the assurance that everything has been taken care of - leaving you to sit back, relax and enjoy your time away.

It all starts with a phone call. We take the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for. Then we start to craft your holiday around your interests, preferences and budget.

You can trust us to know what we are talking about. Our travel consultants spend four weeks a year in the field, visiting properties, learning more about their specialist regions and unearthing the gems that add that intangible sparkle to your holiday.

Yes, you can read hundreds of online reviews about hotels and destinations and try and figure it out for yourself, but there is nothing like talking to experts who have actually been there.

What is a tour operator?

We are a luxury tour operator specialising in tailor-made luxury holidays. We describe ourselves as a "tour operator"; however you might also call us a "travel agent".

Single point of contact

In a nutshell, we provide an end-to-end holiday planning and arrangement service. We are your single point of contact throughout – so long as you want us to be (although if you wish you arrange your own flights or a particular hotel we don’t sell, you can, of course, do this).

One price

Once we have put your holiday together and you are 100% happy with it, we make all the arrangements with the hotels, airlines, transfer companies and experience providers. The price of your booking with us is fixed and we will pay each supplier rather than you having to settle with them directly during your stay in the local currency.

Access to preferred rates

We negotiate preferential rates with all our suppliers which means that the price you pay us is usually as good or better as booking and settling directly. What’s more, you have the assurance that should there be any hiccups along the way (the wrong room type, a missed connection…), it is up to us to sort them out for you.

Total peace of mind

Your holiday with us is protected under the ABTOT scheme (the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust). This is a UK based insurance scheme that satisfies the legal requirement for UK based holiday companies to provide financial protection to its guests, regardless of which country they are travelling from. So, in the highly unlikely event we are unable to provide your holiday due to financial difficulties, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
