We take care of every single thing
We don’t believe in off-the-shelf vacation packages. We believe your time away is precious and has to be just right for you. And we believe that, when it comes to your vacation, the greatest luxury of all is the assurance that everything has been taken care of - leaving you to sit back, relax and enjoy your time away.
It all starts with a phone call. We take the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for. Then we start to craft your vacation around your interests, preferences and budget.
You can trust us to know what we are talking about. Our travel experts spend four weeks a year in the field, visiting properties, learning more about their specialist regions and unearthing the gems that add that intangible sparkle to your vacation.
Yes, you can read hundreds of online reviews about hotels and destinations and try and figure it out for yourself, but there is nothing like talking to experts who have actually been there.
Our service is 24/7, so if something goes wrong while you’re away, we’re always at the end of the phone to help out.
What is a travel company?
We're a travel company specializing in customized luxury vacations. We describe ourselves as a "travel company" but you might also call us a "travel agent".
Single point of contact
In a nutshell, we provide an end-to-end vacation planning and arrangement service. We're your single point of contact throughout – so long as you want us to be (although if you wish you arrange your own flights or a particular hotel we don’t sell, you can, of course, do this). Our service goes to the minute details; we can book your restaurant reservations, organize tickets to events or almost anything you can think of.
One price, fixed in dollars
Once we have put your vacation together and you are 100% happy with it, we make all the arrangements with the hotels, airlines, transfer companies and experience providers. The price of your booking with us is fixed in dollars and we will pay each supplier rather than you having to settle with them directly during your stay in the local currency.
Access to preferred rates
We negotiate preferential rates with all our suppliers which means that the price you pay us is usually as good or better as booking and settling directly. What’s more, you have the assurance that should there are any hiccups along the way (the wrong room type, a missed connection…), it is up to us to sort them out for you.
