San Diego - General Manager
The Role
To lead the day to day running of the San Diego operation, working closely with the President SD USA, to drive the long-term strategy, ensure enquiries are generated, successfully turned into sales, targets are met and profitable growth is driven while supporting the development of the Scott Dunn brand in the West Coast USA market. Execution of local marketing initiatives and leveraging the existing guest base to increase conversion and repeat are key to success. In addition, the role is to work with the wider functional leaders across the group to ensure best practice is shared and leveraged but also adapted to be relevant to the local market(s). This role will also have oversight of the day-to-day operations of the business, including financial analysis and reporting, payroll, licenses, insurance, sales operations and management of the physical office.
