Global CRM & Retention Manager
Location: Hammersmith, London
The Opportunity
This is a new, global role created to own our guest retention and repeat booking rates. As a member of the Global Marketing Team this role will have full accountability for repeat inquiry generation. To be successful in this role you must develop a deep understanding of the Scott Dunn guest and business to identify where there are opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience that we offer. Operating at the intersection of data, tech and brand to ensure every guest interaction is personalized, timely and on-brand.
Scott Dunn Private - Private Travel Manager
The Role
Taking ownership and accountability for a dedicated pool of Scott Dunn Private members, the Private Travel Manager will work as part of the Scott Dunn Private team and be the go-to for their selected book of members who have been invited or referred to join the exclusive membership which requires a minimum spend each year and commands a meticulous level of service.
Senior Travel Expert - Latin America

The Opportunity
If you are passionate about the magical mix of landscapes, culture, cuisine, and climate that encapsulates the vast continent of South America, this could be just the role for you. Joining our specialist Latin America Team, we are seeking a Senior Travel Expert to take ownership for all aspects of selling luxury, customized vacations, while navigating and creating experiences utilizing carefully curated product spanning across the vastness of Latin America. This includes but is not limited to Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador and Galapagos, Columbia, Uruguay, Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama.
