Latin America Team - Senior Travel Consultant
Location: Hammersmith, London
The Opportunity
Joining our specialist Latin America Team, we are seeking a Senior Travel Consultant eager to create travel experiences that inspire and instil a love for travel in our guests as voracious as their own. This involves taking ownership for all aspects of selling luxury, tailormade holidays to our discerning guests, whilst navigating and creating experiences across Latin America destinations – this includes but is not limited to Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador and Galapagos, Columbia, Uruguay, Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and Panama.
Sales Support - Americas Team

Scott Dunn Private - Relationship Manager

The Opportunity
The Relationship Manager will personally build, grow and manage a dedicated pool of Scott Dunn Private Members. This role focuses on prospecting for new members by nurturing relationships, introducing them to a lifetime of Scott Dunn Private to then build highly tailored and detailed travel profiles, highly qualified leads and overseeing that travel plans are delivered in line with the high expectations.
Global CRM & Retention Manager
Location: Hammersmith, London
The Opportunity
This is a new, global role created to own our guest retention and repeat booking rates. As a member of the Global Marketing Team this role will have full accountability for repeat enquiry generation. To be successful in this role you must develop a deep understanding of the Scott Dunn guest and business to identify where there are opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience that we offer. Operating at the intersection of data, tech and brand to ensure every guest interaction is personalised, timely and on-brand.
Scott Dunn Private - Private Travel Manager
The Role
Taking ownership and accountability for a dedicated pool of Scott Dunn Private members, the Private Travel Manager will work as part of the Scott Dunn Private team and be the go-to for their selected book of members who have been invited or referred to join the exclusive membership which requires a minimum spend each year and commands a meticulous level of service.
