FAQs

  • Do I need to be an existing KrisFlyer member to participate?

    You will need a valid KrisFlyer membership number when booking a trip through Scott Dunn Singapore.

    If you're not yet a member, you can sign up for free at the KrisFlyer website.

    To receive KrisFlyer miles for your bookings with the Scott Dunn Singapore office, kindly ensure to share your Kris Flyer membership number at the time of booking. Please also ensure your registered name matches the registered name in your KrisFlyer account.

  • When will the KrisFlyer miles be credited?
    KrisFlyer miles are only awarded on completed trips. Please allow up to 45 working days for miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account upon completion of your trip. We are not responsible for delays in KrisFlyer miles being calculated and/or awarded due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
  • What defines a tailor-made trip booking?
    A full trip package including hotel and either a flight or transfer or experiences and tours. Bookings made by third parties through Scott Dunn will not be eligible for KrisFlyer miles redemptions.
  • What is considered a completed trip or completion of travel?
    A completed trip is defined as one where the guest has returned from travel with no outstanding costs, refunds, amendments or disputes to be resolved. This is to ensure accurate credit based on actual spending.
  • I've postponed my trip, will I still be able to earn KrisFlyer miles?
    Postponed bookings will remain eligible, but KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded upon completion of travel.
  • What happens if you cancel a booking and a cancellation fee applies?
    Cancelled bookings are not eligible for KrisFlyer miles rewards. Cancellation fees (if any) also do not account for any KrisFlyer miles rewards. If a portion of your trip has been cancelled, that portion of your trip will not be eligible for any KrisFlyer miles rewards.
  • Can I earn KrisFlyer miles on my existing bookings?
    No, only new bookings made from 22 July 2025 are eligible to earn KrisFlyer miles and must be directly made through the Scott Dunn Singapore office.
  • Is GST included in the KrisFlyer mile calculation?
    No, KrisFlyer miles are calculated based on the booking cost, which excludes GST but may include air taxes, tourist taxes etc.
  • What can I use these KrisFlyer miles for?

    Your miles can be used for: 

    • Flights 
    • Flight upgrades 
    • Hotels and other travel-related expenses through KrisFlyer partners

  • Who is eligible to earn the KrisFlyer miles for a booking made?
    KrisFlyer miles are awarded solely to the main booker, or party leader, responsible for the payment and/or of the itinerary. KrisFlyer miles cannot be pooled or split amongst other travellers within the booking. The individual being awarded the miles must be a traveller on the trip.  Earning of KrisFlyer miles is only applicable to those booking holidays directly through the Scott Dunn Singapore office.
  • Can I transfer these miles to another KrisFlyer account?
    KrisFlyer miles follow standard KrisFlyer terms and conditions regarding KrisFlyer mile transfers. Please check the KrisFlyer website for current transfer policies.
  • How do I track my KrisFlyer miles?
    You can log in to your KrisFlyer account to check your statements and KrisFlyer miles balance.
  • Is the program open to all guests worldwide?
    This program is open to guests based in the following countries: Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Taiwan and the UAE. Bookings must be made directly through the Scott Dunn Singapore office.
  • Who can I contact if I have further questions or need to report any problem?
    Please contact your respective Travel Consultant/Relationship Manager or email us at Singapore.enquiries@scottdunn.com with the subject line “Scott Dunn KrisFlyer Miles Rewards”. We will respond to your email within 5 working days.

Terms and Conditions

  • The SD KrisFlyer Program is valid only for new tailor-made trip bookings with the Scott Dunn Singapore office from 22 July 2025 onwards. 
  • KrisFlyer miles are calculated and awarded upon completion of the booked trip, ensuring accurate credit based on actual spending. 
  • A completed trip is defined as one where the guest has returned from travel with no outstanding costs, refunds, amendments or disputes to be resolved.
  • Only tailor-made itinerary bookings are eligible for this SD KrisFlyer Program.; Flight and/or hotel-only bookings are not eligible for this SD KrisFlyer Program. 
  • KrisFlyer miles are awarded solely to the main booker, or party leader, responsible for the payment and/or of the itinerary. In addition, the individual being awarded the KrisFlyer miles must be a traveller on the trip.  
  • KrisFlyer miles awarded under the SD Krisflyer Program cannot be pooled or split. 
  • The Maximum annual caps for KrisFlyer miles per individual are as stated herein. The annual cap will reset every calendar year.
  • KrisFlyer miles will be credited within 45 working days upon completion of the trip. 
  • All bookings must be made directly with the Scott Dunn Singapore office and are subject to verification. 
  • KrisFlyer miles awarded under this SD KrisFlyer Program shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer program. 
  • Scott Dunn reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or delete any of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this SD KrisFlyer Program at any time without prior notice and/or assigning any reason, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on Scott Dunn’s website as soon as practicable. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this SD KrisFlyer Program shall not entitle anyone eligible under the SD KrisFlyer Program to any claim or compensation against Scott Dunn for any and all losses or damages howsoever arising, whether or not Scott Dunn has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages.  
  • Scott Dunn shall have the exclusive right to make determinations, in its sole discretion, regarding any matters relating to the SD KrisFlyer Program and/or arising under these Terms & Conditions. Scott Dunn’s decision on all such matters shall be final and binding on all parties, and no challenge, dispute, or appeal of such determination shall be permitted. 
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising in connection with the matters under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved by way of reference to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
