Using fully portable tents, Hud Hud Bespoke Luxury Camping is entirely customized for guests. You can choose whether to camp in the deserts of Wahiba Sands or the Empty Quarter, the mountains or on the beach. Stay in one location or combine your trip with different camps in contrasting locations.
Every extra detail has been thought of and the service at the camp is second to none with at least two members of staff to every guest that stays.
The bedrooms are complete with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, feather pillows, colorful bedspreads, local carpets and bedside tables with lanterns and cold drinking water, this is truly camping with a difference. Behind your tent, your private loo and shower tent is fitted with a wooden loo, wash stand, shower set on a wooden base, cotton towels and toiletries.
As well as the bedroom tent there is a large seating tent beautifully lit by lamps and candles and furnished with colorful cushions and rugs. Enjoy relaxing here with a pre-dinner drink and some delicious snacks created by the chef.
Binoculars and night sky print-outs are provided for budding astrologers, boules, backgammon and of course a shisha pipe complete the furnishings. The dining table is under the stars with glassware, china crockery and linen table cloth, the chef creates delicious meals from fresh local produce.
One Bedroom Tent, One Seating Tent and One Bathroom Tent make up the private camp, although this can be extended for larger parties.
Tents feature Egyptian cotton sheets, feather pillows, colorful bedspreads, local carpets and a bedside table with lanterns and cold drinking water. Behind the tent, a loo and shower tent is fitted with a wooden loo, wash stand, shower set on a wooden base, cotton towels and toiletries.
Families are welcome to come and stay at Bespoke Luxury Camping, particularly older children who will gain the most from the experience.
Facilities at the camp include a private chef, a dining table and a large seating tent lit by lamps and candles by night and furnished with colorful cushions and rugs.
During the day, Hud Hud guests can visit the beautiful Wadi Bani Khalid on the edge of the desert, try their hand at dune bashing, go sand boarding, or camel rides can be arranged. You can also visit towns on the edge of the desert to admire the old buildings and clever water systems.

Bespoke Luxury Camp is located in the heart of Wahiba Sands among the rolling dunes of the desert, in complete isolation in the east of Oman.
When to go
The best time to visit Oman is between November and mid-March, when the cooler air brings the mountain scenery sharply into focus and daytime temperatures average of 25°C. For the rest of the year, much of Oman is oppressively hot and hazy, particularly between May and August.
