The hotel sits on a cliff top in the central section of the Al Hajar Mountains, 2,000 metres above sea level. It is approximately 150 km from Muscat and under an hour's drive from Nizwa.
It is a 7-hour 30-minute direct international flight to Muscat International Airport. The hotel is approximately a 2-hour 30-minute road transfer from the airport.
