Spyglass Hill Golf Course
Start with a tough few holes, hugging the coast. The iconic 4th is a little gem of a hole with lots of sand to the left. Your approach into a long, narrow green is like threading a needle, and you even then have a double-layered green to overcome. Head inland and your drives need to be straight as an arrow as you enter the Del Monte Forest. The course is long, so mid-handicappers should stick to the gold rather than blue tees - it is absolute monster when playing off the backs. It is a hugely enjoyable course to play, and really worth playing in addition to Pebble Beach if you have time.
