Sea Five is just a walk away from the glamorous Camps Bay, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, and it is only a short drive to the center of Cape Town. Every room has been individually styled through the creative collaboration of top South African interior designer, Francois Du Plessis and the Sea Five’s Italian Director Nicolò Pudel. The result is a stunning connection of the Mediterranean and southern African color palette, an eclectic blend of the spaciousness of nature and refined luxury. There’s the harmony of a garden redolent with mandarin, lemon, lavender and rosemary or the sociability of a blue pool and welcoming bar.
Aside from the scenic beauty of Table Mountain and Cape Point, guests can find their way to premier land-based whale watching sites, great white cage diving, profusions of game fish, lobsters, top surfing spots, mountain climbing, the worlds most varied sightings of sea birds, pristine white beaches, signature golf courses, rare floral kingdoms, nature reserves, superb local wines, world class restaurants and shopping, pulsating nightlife, the township phenomenon, charming local cultures, art and music, and hidden gems of comfort, peace and safety all imparting an air of refreshing optimism that is Cape Town.
Sea Five has just six en-suite bedrooms. There are two smaller Garden Bedrooms with a nice private outdoor area, two Ocean Facing Suites and two slightly larger Mountain Facing Suites. The Penthouse Suite is ideal for families and comprises a master bedroom and smaller second bedroom and has fantastic panoramic views of the sea and Table Mountain and a very smart bathroom.
Sea Five has a lovely inviting swimming pool with views out to sea, residents bar, spa treatments by arrangement, undercover parking and tours and transfers can also be arranged.
There are numerous activities available in and around Cape Town from whale watching to tours of Robben Island, wine tasting and visits to vineyards or golf, water sports or hiking up Table Mountain. The staff at Sea Five have all the relevant local knowledge to help in booking or arranging activities to suit each guest.
