This ultra-swish and exclusive villa can be found on the slopes of the Atlantic Seaboard in the popular and prestigious suburb of Llandudno. It is walking distance to Llandudno and Sandy Bay Beach, and Chapman's Peak Drive and Cape Town city centre are within easy reach as are the famous Camps Bay, Hout Bay, Noordhoek and Constantia villages. Situated just next to the Sandy Bay Nature Reserve, this spectacular villa looks out over the ocean and is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens that provide a variety of glorious scents which waft through the villa. Each day guests are pampered to the utmost, beginning the day with a Champagne breakfast and hot breakfasts made to order by the villa's personal chef. The entire villa is decked out with state of the art facilities such as a heated swimming pool, steam room, home theatre system, home automation system, Wi-Fi throughout, in-house mobile telephone network, international plug points, gourmet kitchen, under-floor heating, business centre/home office, ping-pong table, modern BBQ and coffee/ice machines.

Two of the suites are situated on the upper level of the villa with the other four beneath on the pool deck level. Each of them are designed to face the sea and take advantage of the glorious views with feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that can be completely retracted into the walls to almost make you feel as though you are sleeping outdoors. All suites contain extra-length king size beds and two of them can be converted into twin-bedded rooms. Each suite also contains all of the amenities that you would expect from a 5 star property such as satellite TV/DVD, a digital safe, WiFi, minibar, hairdryers and luxury toiletries.

Eliza Walker (Staff)

26 Sunset Avenue is the pinnacle of luxury villa and I cannot imagine anybody finding a fault with it. The accommodation and situation really are unbeatable with views that are out of this world and the service provided by the team is simply excellent. During my recent visit the chef provided us with canaps that were without a doubt the most delicious thing I experienced throughout the entire trip. The chef was trained by Luke Dale Roberts, the chef at The Test Kitchen, one of South Africa's most celebrated chefs, which gives you an idea of the quality of the food you will be served at 26 Sunset Avenue. You are just far away from the bustle of Cape Town centre to enjoy utter privacy and peace and yet close enough to enjoy the Constantia vineyards and get into town with ease. The beach at Llandudno is undoubtedly Cape Town's most picturesque beach, framed by natural bush with Judan Peak and Klein Leeukoppie towering on either side to form a dramatic mountain backdrop. The beach itself is a 200m long white sand Blue Flag beach and is a wonderful place to spend the day if you can tear yourself away from the comfort of the villa. If what you are looking for is total luxury with complete privacy and exquisite service you will not find a property more ideal than 26 Sunset Avenue.
