Today you will be retrieved for your private cycle tour of Grand Teton National Park by your guide and expert cycle enthusiast! You will check-in to the bike shop to get fitted accordingly to your mountain bike, ensuring you are comfortable and well prepared to hit the trails for a full-days worth of riding! Your guide will load up the cycles and your group will head into the park for a breathtaking foray into this Wild West landscape.
This tour route follows the eastern border of Grand Teton National Park, meandering through sagebrush plain that hosts roaming bison,
elk, antelope, and other large charismatic mammals! The peaks of the mountain range remain in constant view, grandiosely guarding over the valley below. Groves of aspen trees stand tall alongside your trail, hosting Bald eagles perched regally scanning the landscape, while badgers, foxes, and bears forage below. Your guide is a passionate outdoor professional, delighted to share in their knowledge of the flora, fauna, ecology, and biology of this stunning area. They are happy to stop to take photographs of your group as you pedal along!
Mid-way through your ride, you will enjoy a boxed lunch of sandwiches, chips, cookies, and a fresh beverage, enjoying the serenity of the valley and the inspiring views.
The terrain features mostly flat portions with some uphill sections, and depending on the season head winds could be present. Overall, the terrain is a family-friendly experience perfect for groups that enjoy an active lifestyle. The trail covers approximately 15 to 20 miles in an in-and-out loop.
