Bethany Beyond the Jordan

Wander through a maze of trees towards the banks of the Jordan River. Visit the site where John the Baptist is believed to have baptised Jesus Christ and admire the beautifully decorated church on the banks of the river. There are steps leading down into the river, where visitors may climb in and submerge themselves if they wish.
