Full-Day Aconcagua Trekking

Hike up to the base camp of Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Andes mountain range, soaking in incredible views over snowy Andean peaks and the surrounding vineyards and valleys of the Mendoza region. Approximately 6 hours of hiking.
Climb the mighty Aconcagua Mountain to reach base camp and marvel at the spectacular Mendoza scenery, blending snow-capped peaks with lush green vineyards and valleys below. Drive for approx. two hours to reach the park gates where you will purchase your permits and begin your trek. First stop is Laguna de Horcones at 2,950m /9,700ft, which takes around an hour, crossing a suspension bridge with beautiful views. Stop to rest and admire the views at the Durazno stream before continuing for a further two hours to reach the Confluencia base camp at 3,400m /11,200ft.
Lunch will be served here as you enjoy a well-deserved rest and the incredible surroundings, before heading back along the same route to the entrance.
