This is an ideal experience for foodies, and those who enjoy spending time outside. You'll head to the spice and vegetable garden located in the centre of the resort where the team of chefs will greet you.

Spend some time wandering the garden as the chefs pick out the ingredients they'll need to prepare your lunch. Smell the fresh lemongrass, pick the ripe tomatoes and learn about the different staple ingredients used in Sri Lankan cooking.

You will then get the opportunity to help cook several different Sri Lankan dishes in traditional clay pots. You will then sit down and enjoy your meal for lunch, including dishes such as vegetarian dhal and prawn curry.
