Los Angeles has a year-round climate. Summer (June - September) is the peak-tourist season, this is when the weather is hottest but beaches can be over crowded. January and February are the rainiest months. If you are visiting in May, June or July, watch out for the 'marine layer', a cloudy overcast, almost fog-like cloud which may affect the beach and first mile or so of the coastal strip, especially in the mornings.

The location on Sunset Strip is in the center of L.A., so it is possible to use the hotel as a hub to get to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and downtown if youre looking to catch a game at The Staples Center! In short, the location is extremely convenient, the service is great and the rooms are spacious, luxurious and have some cracking views! From the lifelike British bulldog ornament guarding the front desk to the brushed suede walls, I love this hotel!

The London West Hollywood, located on the legendary Sunset Strip, has a sunny sophisticated feel to it, combing Hollywood glamour, timeless style and intuitive service.
Its central location makes it the perfect choice for those with just a few days to explore LA; Within a five-mile radius you will find all the motion picture studios and recording studios, and just a short walk away are the exclusive shops on Rodeo Drive and boutiques of Melrose Avenue and The Grove. You really can rely on the excellent concierge team to point you in the right direction for restaurants, bars, music and arts performances, family-friendly experiences, nightlife, museums and some of the most fashionable venues in LA.
The London definitely gives off a relaxed vibe, making it perfect for a family stay (it has some interconnecting suites too) or romantic retreat. It does not try too hard and, whilst the bars attract a crowd in the evening, it is not a party hotel. With Michelin star acclaimed chef Gordon Ramsey overseeing all dining at The London, expectations are consistently exceeded.
The huge open-plan suites have the comfiest plush beds you'll ever sleep in, custom-designed furnishings, superior in-room technology (including complimentary calls to London!), double shower heads and deep soaking tubs, and balconies which boast stunning views of the Hollywood Hills or the Los Angeles skyline.
However, the most prized feature has got to be The London's rooftop pool (open 24 hours a day), where you can enjoy signature cocktails and light bites from the pool deck menu, whilst soaking up the year-round sunshine and taking in the incredible panoramic views!
