This shared excursion takes place at Tamarind, one of Laos' most celebrated restaurants. The lesson teaches you how to cook Lao food, but you'll also learn the habits and customs of the Lao people too.

You will firstly be transferred to meet your chef, who will teach you all about the ingredients that you will use in your dishes. The class then takes place beside the tranquil ponds and gardens back at the restaurant, in a spacious open sided pavilion. Expect to cook laap, mok pa and a variety of spicy dipping sauces. You will go away with a book of recipes so that you can recreate the dishes back at home.
