Best time to Visit

Good time to visit

Average time to visit

Cambodia is hot all year round and the best time to visit is during the dry season, which runs from November to April. It starts to get wetter in May and the wettest months are September and October. It is still possible to visit during this time as rain usually falls as short sharp storms. November is a fantastic month to visit Cambodia as it is very green after the rainy season and the lakes and rivers are full of water.

The property is located in the leafy Kandal Village district of Siem Reap, home to Siem Reap’s rising art scene, and bursting with an eclectic mix of artisanal cafes, bars, galleries and trendy boutiques. The town centre is a short walk away, and the Angkor Temple Complex are less than 15 minutes by car or remork.

The ten villas are all individually surrounded by two storey high compound walls, ensuring total privacy. They are all lovingly designed with lush tropical gardens, a ten-meter lap pool and an expansive roof terrace, ensuring that you can relax without fear of being overlooked. The rooms are spacious, decorated in typically whimsical Bensley style and strewn with fascinating ornaments and local art, and the floor to ceiling glass walls of the bathroom look out into garden, complete with outdoor bathtub and shower. The bar and daybed on the roof are perfect for sundowners and can easily be transformed into a full bed should you wish to sleep out under the stars.

Meals will be served by your personal Bensley Butler in your villa or can be taken at either of the neighbouring sister properties, Shinta Mani Angkor or Shinta Mani Shack. The fabulous Kroya restaurant at Shinta Mani Angkor offers mouth-watering fusion cuisine, and Bai Tong Pool Bar at Shinta Mani Shack is perfect for a midday snack.
