Port de Soller is a highly recommended destination. It was originally the seaside fishermen's village belonging to the town of Soller. This natural port continues to provide fishing but there are also sailing boats, small cafes, local fish restaurants and the beach of Es Repic. Port de Soller is easily connected to Soller by road but can also be assessed by the 100 year old wooded tram, a must do excursion that takes the visitor through orange groves, farms and narrow cobbled streets ending at Soller's main square with its impressive 12th century church and modernist buildings (kids especially love the ride!). The train between Soller and Palma is considered one of the most beautiful train rides in Spain as it travels through the mountain range providing lots of wonderful photo opportunities. Soller is a market town offering visitors a wide variety of artisan shops, bars and restaurants.
The beauty of this coastline, its mild climate and rich culture, tradition and gastronomy makes this a popular choice for guests at all times of the year.

With Jumeirah, Port de Soller, you get an immediate feel for the kind of luxury you can expect from the rest of the hotel. Perfectly located high on the cliff side the views from either side of the hotel are second to none. Sea views are virtually uninterrupted, mountain views are simply breath-taking, and from many points in the hotel you are fortunate enough to experience both of these together. On site you have access to some fantastic facilities including a variety of swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, an aromatherapy focussed spa, a childrens club and a variety of bars and restaurants, but if this isnt enough the hotel also runs a regular shuttle service into the beautiful Port de Soller where you can try out some of the restaurants or even hire a boat.

From the moment the valet offers to park your car at the Jumeirah Port de Soller hotel, you are impressed, the entrance hall is then remarkable and from then on you are repeatedly WOWed by the views thanks to the wonderful positioning of this hotel. From the rooms, restaurants, spa and pools, you benefit from incredible views whether it be the glittering Mediterranean sea or the imposing Trumantana Mountains. Both Soller and Port de Soller are easily accessible from here and are certainly worth a visit, you can rent one of the hotels boats or Vespas for an alternative way to explore.
The hotel suits well for both couples and families due to the children's only pool as well as the adult only infinity pool. The Kids Club is available for children up to the age of 12, you are entitled to 2 hours a day, but can pay for more should you need it. The Talise spa is very impressive and has a gym and thermal area for use by anyone, but it would certainly be worth treating yourself to a treatment, especially the Diamond Body Scrub The Sunset Lounge Bar is a real treat and as the name suggests is positioned to watch the sunset across the Mediterranean, try and head there on a Saturday night for live music. The entry level rooms are a good standard with great views from the terrace and bathroom and a pull out sofa, the rooms from here increase in size until the Lighthouse Suite, Observatory Suite or Villa!

A relaxing hotel with a superb location, the Jumeirah will not disappoint. The adult only infinity pool is wonderful for couples or parents looking for some quiet time, whilst the children enjoy the childrens club available on site. A wonderful terrace overlooks Port de Soller, with spectacular views you can enjoy a cocktail or even pilates. A great family destination.

Jumeriah Port de Soller is in a great location to base yourselves for some exploration of the island and local area's. The Port can be reached either over the Col or through a tunnel, I would recommend the much more scenic Col with some great vantage points for photo's. While staying at the Jumeriah it is a must to visit the Port and take the Trolley Tam up to the Old Town of Soller where they have local markets on Saturday's and a fantastic museum. Another nice day out would be to take a boat from the port around to Deia which is home to some of the best beaches in Mallorca.

The Jumeirah Port de Soller Hotel & Spa has the wow factor, immediately upon arrival into the grand entrance you are greeted by breath-taking sea views. The cliff top hotel offers unforgettable views throughout, including in the Talise Spa which has a daylight sauna overlooking Port Soller, the valley and mountains. The impressive Sunset Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail and Tapas while watching the sunset.

If you like fish then you really must dine at the hotel's Cap Roig restaurant. All the fish that feature on the menu are freshly caught that day and the Bouillabaisse is a mouth watering melange of these fish.

The Jumeirah really is a stunning hotel with spectacular views of Port Soller and out to sea. It inhabits a truly unique location high on the cliffs as part of the Unesco Heritage Site and was recently rebuilt to the same specifications of the original hotel.
The main restaurant serves stunning food with a menu themed and flavored with different herbs, fruits and fragrances which vary month by month. Or, if you would like to sample the culinary delights of Port Soller then the hotel provide a shuttle service to save you the walk down the hill.
With three pools in total, a great spa, well equipped gym and great complementary children's club, the hotel really is a fantastic location for all the family.
