Nestled on the east coast of Brac island, Villa Juniper is a beautiful four-bedroom retreat which makes for the perfect Croatian getaway. Just one hour from Split by ferry, Brac is easily accessed, providing solace from the bustling cities of the mainland. One of Croatia's most picturesque islands, Brac's mountains and pine forests are the ideal setting for those looking to get away from it all.
Villa Juniper is a contemporary luxury villa, with elegant décor at the heart of its design. The spacious, open-plan interiors use bright whites and a muted color palette to ensure rooms feel light and airy throughout the day. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fold away, letting the living area spill out to the outdoor eating area, and bring the outside in to the lounge.
There are a number of terraces at Villa Juniper, with two of the four bedrooms offering their own private balconies, where guests can enjoy breakfast with a view, or relax with evening drinks watching the sun set over the Adriatic Sea. The two ground floor rooms open directly out to the infinity pool, where a refreshing dip provides stunning views across the crystal clear waters towards the Biokovo mountains.

A small, traditional village, Sumartin offers an authentic Croatian experience. From here it is easy to explore the rest of Brac, from the secluded beaches to the pine forests. For those looking to venture further afield, it is possible to charter a private yacht to moor at Villa Juniper's jetty and sail around the Adriatic discovering Croatia's breathtaking islands.
There are four en-suite bedrooms at Villa Juniper, sleeping up to eight guests. Each well-appointed bedroom opens on to one of the villa's terraces, offering fantastic views across Sumartin bay towards the Biokovo mountains. The two master suites are located on the entrance level, which is the top floor of the property, and have floor-to-ceiling windows leading to their own private balconies with comfortable seating areas. Two levels down, there are a further two bedrooms with large patio doors opening out on the main terrace where the pool is located.
Villa Juniper has a large, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, which is connected to its elegant dining area. Glass doors contain the substantial wine collection, and the dining room's floor-to-ceiling windows fold back to open on to the main terrace, where a comfortable outdoor eating area awaits.
Villa Juniper has a beautiful infinity pool on the main terrace which offers fantastic views across the bay. Inside, there is a private gym, with a sauna and steam room to relax in after a workout. The Villa has its own jetty, where a chartered yacht can moor to whisk you away to further explore Croatia's islands.
