To start planning your holiday to Luxury Yacht Charter Croatia
With some of the best sailing waters in the world, Croatia’s coastline and islands have something for everyone. From quaint fishing ports to bustling island towns, the stunning archipelago is best explored in the comfort of a luxury private yacht charter.
Escape the crowds of the Croatian mainland on board your very own luxury yacht charter. Sailing through the Adriatic Sea, passengers will have the opportunity to discover the peaceful islands and hidden coves that larger ships do not have access to. Our boats are comfortable, air-conditioned catamarans, with an expert crew on board to care for your every need.
Your luxury yacht charter will range in size from 48 to 58 feet / 14.75 to 17.5 metres, and can sleep between six to eight passengers. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the common living areas make for the perfect locations to relax with a meal, or unwind in the evening. Although the cabins may be compact yet comfortable, the majority of time will be spent in the lounge, out on the deck or even in the water! Meals on board are tailored to personal tastes by the private chef, who will be sure to create menus centred around each guest’s preferences. As well as tailored meals, each itinerary is bespoke, and your skipper will be happy to sit down and discuss your route, according to where and when you would like to travel. Of course these professionals know the area inside out, and can recommend the calmest waters and Croatia’s best-kept secrets, however your stay is tailored exactly as you please. For those looking to arrive at their destination even quicker, there are also motor boats available as an alternative to sailing.
The majority of Croatian yacht charters depart from the Agana marina, just west of Split. This starting point enables you to visit some of Croatia’s best islands, close to this stretch of mainland, and is ideal for spending a few days on dry land in Split at the beginning or end of your sailing adventure. From here, you can head to the larger islands of Brac and Hvar, or unwind as you adapt to the slower pace of life on Solta and Vis. Weaving through the islands allows guests to experience the history, culture and traditions of Croatia, thanks to the charming fishing villages and historical sites which are dotted around the archipelago.
Plunge into the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, wander the towns' winding cobbled streets, or stop for a traditional meal in a rustic tavern on your way around the islands, taking the time to connect with each destination as you tailor the route to suit your preferences. Alternatively, unwind on your private deck, with cocktail in hand, as you sit back and admire the view of these incredible islands.
Depending on the size of the yacht charter, there are between three to four cabins, sleeping between six to eight passengers. Cabins are compact, yet comfortable, with contemporary furnishings and a sleek design. The majority of cabins provide en-suite facilities.
Each yacht charter comes complete with an expert crew, masters of discretion who will cater to your every need. The skipper will help you to plan your itinerary, and will leave you to relax while they take the helm. Your private chef will learn your preferences or any dietary requirements, and plan your menus around your own personal tastes.
All luxury yacht charters have a common lounge area, where guests can relax and take their meals. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the same area, which leads outside to the deck.
Water sports are available in select destinations, such as stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. On shore excursions will vary by destination and each guest's preferences, but include swimming, snorkelling and exploring the islands.

I've been on a few yachts in my time, but this is without a doubt the most luxurious. I loved the fact each of the cabins were en-suite and the cleanliness onboard was exceptional.
It is a wonderful way to visit desert islands at your own leisure, without having to fly in and out or wait for public ferries. You can eat onboard or try out local restaurants & their specialities on your travels, having planned this with the skipper. Another nice part of the chartered experience is that if the weather should suddenly change you are able to change your plans as they are so flexible.
It's great as you can give your dietary requests to the chef in advance so that they can build their menu plan around you and pair the dishes with local wine. Children can also stay onboard and they can cook children's food for them, however personally I wouldn't recommend this holiday for children younger than 8 years old. They can net the sides of the boats for safety, but I think they would enjoy the experience when they are a little older.
You can go on the kayak, paddle board, snorkel or try fishing which is great fun when you stop in little inlets and bays.
This is a lovely holiday for something a little bit different to the usual fly and relax holidays. Why not try a twin centre with a hotel stay on an island, either at the start or the end of your holiday to allow better timings with flights.

Exploring Croatia by luxury yacht charter is a fantastic way to see the country and a plethora of its beautiful islands in the utmost style. As someone who has never spent time on a yacht I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was amazed by the quality and comfort of the boat. From the minute we stepped on board our skipper and chef helped us feel at home and we were able to relax on the deck as we sailed towards our first destination. Each island we visited was unique in its own way, and I thoroughly enjoyed having the chance to explore a handful of Croatia's towns at our own pace, with the flexibility to change our plans according to our wishes or suggestions from the skipper.
