Visit the Nachvak Fjord
Staying within the Torngat Mountains, today you visit the Nachvak Fjord.
The vast Nachvak Fjord stretches out for over 20km, a deep and dramatically beautiful crevice whose cragged walls tower above you at almost 900 metres in some points. As you travel through the fjord you may spot some of the many species who migrate during the short boreal summer, including ring, hooded, harp and harbour seals and minke whales. An ever-changing and spellbindingly beautiful landscape with wildlife, shifting light and a kaleidoscope of colours make this a dream location for photographers.
