Whale Watching in Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach, California, United States of America
Head out to the ocean for an exciting whale watching excursion, viewing the whales and dolphins that call this part of the California coast their home. Best visited from April through to December, don't forget your binoculars or your camera.
Go whale watching in Laguna Beach and spot pods of playful dolphins and migrating humpback whales swimming along the coastline. The boat departs from Dana Point Harbour which is only ten minutes from the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, so perfectly placed for guests staying here. It is best to get there early as there is often a queue to board the boat and this is the best opportunity to get a good spot to stand.
The excursion lasts two hours and they have snacks and drinks to purchase onboard with a covered seating area if the weather takes a turn or you prefer to sit.
We can also arrange a private naturalist to accompany you. There to assist with any questions or questions about the coastal landscape and its inhabitants, they will also take photos for you, so you need not worry about anything other than enjoying the wildlife.
