The climate in Greece is warm and sunny for the majority of the year with the risk of the odd shower of rain and some cooler periods over the winter. From April/May onwards the weather settles but it can sometimes be cool in the evenings. By mid/end of May, the weather generally settles in a pattern of long hot sunny days and balmy evenings especially in July and August when it can be very hot. Rain is unlikely but it can happen from time to time. May to October are particularly pleasurable months.

There are extensive practice facilities including a well-appointed full-size driving range, putting green and short-game practice area. The Navarino Golf Academy has a team of professionals available for private lessons and individual coaching lessons for both beginners and the more advanced. Just a few minutes from Navarino Dunes, at the Navarino Bay development, the Bay Course offers an alternative set of challenges and choices in a quite different setting. Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. The par 70 course places a greater emphasis on strategic play and positional golf than The Dunes Course. Costa Navarino really is the best of everything! From the fantastic offering of connecting family rooms to the huge sandy beach it really offers everything that a family is looking for from a summer holiday. You arrive to beautiful views across the resort and over the Ionian Sea and are immediately made to feel welcome as you enjoy a welcome cocktail during check-in. The rooms are well proportioned and the connecting Deluxe Rooms offer a family the perfect balance of space and privacy at the same time as being completely safe with the internal connecting door.
There is enough going on in the resort to keep everyone of all ages happy and entertained for weeks! From the mini waterpark for children (and adults!) to the huge Anazoe Spa as well as a huge range of sporting activities including golf, tennis, squash, biking, climbing and surfing there really is something for everyone. However, even though it sounds like the resort is very busy with all this going on, you can still find beautiful quiet areas around the pools and beach to really relax and read a book.
Once your day is over, you can head to the central Agora which feels like a traditional Greek village and really makes you feel like you have left the resort for the evening. Here, there is a great range of restaurants and bars to head to. Whether you are heading to Da Luigi with all the family for a delicious pizza or heading out as a couple to 1827 Lounge followed by a romantic dinner at Onuki (whilst the Scott Dunn nannies do the baby-sitting) there is something for every occasion.
