Day 2 - Starting Me to We Project

Amazon, Ecuador

Today sees you start work on a Me to We project, before discovering more about life in this rural area with an afternoon spent working with a local farmer.

This morning you travel by canoe or on foot to a local village where you will begin work on a community project with fellow travellers. This is likely to be based around one of the five pillars of impact designated by Me to We - Education, Water, Health, Food and Opportunity.

After a delicious lunch of Western and Ecuadorian dishes, the afternoon can be spent with a local farmer, helping in the day-to-day tasks such as collecting water, planting seeds and harvesting.

Dinner provides a further opportunity to share your experiences with family, and new friends.
