Journey to Johannesburg where you will spend a night at the Peech Hotel, a benchmark for eco-conscious luxury.  This was one of the first properties in the city to be certified by Fair Trade Tourism.  Enjoy dinner at the on-site restaurant that uses locally sourced ingredients.
