Description

Ideally placed for exploring the Iguazu Falls National Park with its hundreds of waterfalls and stunning jungle scenery, the Mercure Iguazu Hotel Iru boasts 100 spacious and comfortable guest rooms which are tastefully decorated, equipped with modern amenities. Accommodation is family friendly with the option of adding rollaway beds into all rooms, as well as great value connecting options.

Surrounded by tropical jungle, the hotel feels pleasantly secluded and the large pool is the best place to chill out after days out in the Iguazu Falls National Park. Other facilities include a restaurant, bar, spa, indoor Jacuzzi and a gym. They also have bicycles which you can hire and explore the nearby town of Puerto Iguazu which has a few good dining options.

The focus of a stay here is undoubtedly visiting the mighty Iguazu Falls, which is made up of over 250 individual waterfalls and immersed in wildlife rich jungle. We recommend taking trips out to see the falls from both the Argentine side and the Brazilian side to experience the amazing Devil's Throat section from both above and below. For adrenaline junkies, the macuco safari boat trip will take you on a RIB boat underneath the water and will quite literally take your breath away (prepare to get wet!)
