My love of travel started on my first backpacking adventure around Asia, Australia and New Zealand in my early 20s. I have worked in the travel industry for four years in the UK and Sydney, specialising in the Americas, Africa, Asia and Australasia.
I have squeezed my life into a backpack more than once and set off on adventures that I never dreamed were possible. From trekking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal, staying the night in a monastery in Japan with Monks, trekking the Inca trail, watching the sunrise over Bagan from a 7 story temple to watching the perfect sunset in the Maldives, these experiences ignited my passion for travel and helping people achieve unforgettable holidays.
I have loved exploring The Maldives, The Seychelles, Mauritius, Grenada and Jamaica, so specialising in these countries was a really exciting opportunity. I really enjoy sharing my first had knowledge of hotels in the Caribbean and Indian Ocean with guests and working with them to create their perfect holiday.
Favourite places I've been
Get up close and personal with the incredible array of marine life in the Maldives, friendly reef sharks, turtles, rays and so mcuh more! Thanks to the crystal clear waters you don't even have to be in the water to spot most of these amazing animals.
Arrive early to the Taj Mahal to get the perfect picture at sunrise with no one else in the shot, The queues get incredibly long even at 5 am.
Swim with sea lions, turtles, penguins, iguanas and cormorants in the Galapagos. Frigate brids flank the boats as you sail from one island to the next so you get to see them close up, be on the look out for the Waved albatross when sailing around.
Head to Low ka Oushang Pagoda in Bagan, Burma for the perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the 2200 temples. It is slightly off the beaten track so has a lot less tourists and has easy access to the second level terrace with the option to climb higher.
