The Six Senses Spa in Courchevel offers a haven of serenity and calm with specialist massages to restore movement, relieve aching muscles, any tension in the back or shoulders, feet or head. The Arnica and Ginger Hot Oil Massage claims to instantly relieve aching muscles with a hot oil pouch and targets muscle pain, joints and sports injuries and improves circulation.
The large 7,500 sqft spa area features five treatment rooms (two double and three single), an indoor swimming pool with a relaxation area. There is also a vitality area with bio sauna, sauna, Kneipp foot bath therapy, rain shower, steam room and separate relaxation room. A gym and a studio for wellness classes such as yoga and meditation are also available for guests.
They also offer other facial and body treatments from hydrating thirsty skin to ensuring that perfect manicure or pedicure.
It is recommended that you avoid bringing children younger than 12 years of age to the spa. Young guests, 12 to 15 years old, are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments under the supervision of a guardian.
Open daily from 10 am to 9 pm, advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred treatment time.
