Simon Russell - Chief Executive Officer

Simon joined Scott Dunn in 2010 having spent the previous 2 years working in Africa and South America as a Director for leading luxury safari lodge operator &Beyond. He originally qualified as an Accountant but as Chief Executive Officer he is responsible for the entire Scott Dunn operation across the world, ensuring that every member of the Scott Dunn team is putting the guest at the heart of what they do. Simon has 4 children, lives with his wife on the West Sussex coast and is a keen kitesurfer, snowboarder and runner.

Julian Ghinn - Chief Financial Officer

Julian joined Scott Dunn in November 2012 having previously spent most of his career in retail. After reading Business Economics and Accountancy at Southampton University, he qualified as an accountant whilst working for Arcadia (then Burton Group) in 1989.

Graham Horner - Chief Marketing Officer

Graham joined Scott Dunn in January 2014, following five years as Marketing Director at the Telegraph newspaper. With previous senior marketing roles at Coca-Cola and Nectar Card, Graham has amassed a wealth of experience in media, customer loyalty and communications and is busy putting this to work in growing the Scott Dunn brand.

Brian Wewege - Chief Technical Officer

Having spent the previous 13 years with &Beyond, the leading luxury safari lodge and tour operator in Southern and East Africa, as well as South Asia, Brian joined Scott Dunn in August 2015 having relocated from sunny South Africa with his wife and two children.

Oliver Evans - Product & Operations Director

After a short stint as an investment banker, Olly joined newly-minted Scott Dunn as a resort accountant for a season in Courchevel 1850, and never left. After many seasons as a resort manager and then operations manager in France, he's now responsible for selection and contracting of our vacations as well overseeing the operation of our ski chalets, Mediterranean villas and childcare.

Tori Deely - HR Director

Having lived just south of Munich for most of her childhood (with much time spent hurtling down mountains), when Tori had the chance to join Scott Dunn in 2006 it was too good to miss. Tori now heads up our HR department, managing the recruitment and selection of all UK staff, induction and training, staff welfare and all HR-related matters.

Emma Spence - VP Operations, Scott Dunn USA

With a career that spans recruitment, finance and travel, Emma was previously Finance Director and board member of a successful safari company before joining Scott Dunn as VP of Operations in 2016. Originally from the UK, she's lived in the USA since 2009. Married to John, Emma travels the world with their two children, Jack and Lily, and is a staunch advocate of the belief that travel is the best education out there for kids and grown-ups.

John Spence - President, Scott Dunn USA

Having run a successful safari company for nearly 20 years, John Spence joined the Scott Dunn management team in 2016 as President of its USA office in California. John is a passionate advocate for family travel and its ability to broaden young minds and open hearts. He's lived and worked in Africa and explored the continent on various madcap adventures, often with his family in tow. John is married to Emma and has two children, Jack and Lily.

Sonia Davies - Executive Director

Sonia joined Scott Dunn in January 2018 having worked across a number of different industries, including Chief Commercial Officer at private aviation company NetJets and most recently as European Change Director at Sysco, the world's largest food distribution company. These roles along with 8 years in strategy consulting have given Sonia significant experience leading and working with UK based teams as well as pan-European and global teams. Sonia lives in London and her favorite vacations involve some sunshine, some activity, some great scenery and good food. Most recent trip was to New Zealand which ticked all of those boxes as well as discovering a new love for paddle boarding.

Victoria Hogg - General Manager, Asia Office

Victoria fell in love with Asia on a trip to Indonesia to visit friends. She joined Scott Dunn in our London office in 2010 as an Asia specialist and moved Singapore in 2016 to open our Singapore office. She has traveled extensively around Asia and Australasia including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Laos, Indonesia, China, Burma, Mongolia, Australia and Cambodia.
