Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve is the largest game reserve in the Southern Cape and is in the perfect location for anyone who wants to experience a one day, big game viewing experience along the Garden Route.
The Game Reserve is located just 12 kilometres from Plettenberg Bay and has over 35 species of game including lion, buffalo, giraffe, hippo and crocodile. It is also the largest sanctuary in the area for the endangered white rhino.
Game drives in an open Land Rover are organised on a daily basis and guests can either go with another group or use one of the Land Rovers for their exclusive use. Two-hour riding safaris can also be organised for guests and allows you to see the game from a different point of view. The horses are all well-schooled and the experienced guides will ensure that you are safe and happy with your horse, no matter what your ability.
