Dining in Mallorca

Eating out in Mallorca can be a real treat, with an increasing emphasis on local cuisine, local produce and good cooking.

Mallorcan cuisine is traditionally based on pork, fish and vegetables with generous use of garlic and olive oil. Think of hearty peasant fare steeped in tradition and rooted in local ingredients.
