Having opened in 2012 after ten years of meticulous planning by innovative architect Bill Bensley, the Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort sits in one of Danang's most sought after spots along the central coast of Vietnam.
Cleverly designed to make the most of this beautiful coastline, the resort is made up of different levels ensuring that all rooms have excellent ocean views. The room levels are split from Heaven being the highest, down to Sky, Earth and then Sea, each offering privacy and space. Each level can be easily accessed by buggy or via the resort's funicular lift. With a modern and vibrant style, expect humbug stripes and bright fabrics throughout the resort in keeping with its fun and family friendly atmosphere.
Including a well-equipped gym, tranquil spa set around a lagoon, the resort has it all. Enjoy the sauna and steam room after a day's activities at the spa or elsewhere choose from a variety of racket sports including badminton, tennis and ping pong.
For younger guests, Planet trekkers is a fantastic children's club, open from 8am to 8pm for children ages 4-12. Expect slides, basket boating and cultural activities to keep even the hardest to please amused. Also close to Hoi An, guests can explore the delights of this historical city in the evening when the town lights up with vibrantly coloured lanterns before returning for dinner in one of the resort's four fantastic restaurants.

Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort can be found on the central coast of Vietnam, just 45 minutes from the world’s heritage town Hoi An.
15-hour international flight via Dubai to Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. Fly onto to Danang Airport which will take around 75-minutes. From there the hotel is a 20-minute drive away.
