Another amazing Aman property - the surroundings are absolutely stunning as it is located in a National Park - lots of greenery, loads of small wildlife as well. The beach is lovely, quiet and secluded with nice views across the bay to a small fishing village. There is a secret beach just around the bay which is really nice to take a picnic too by kayak for a private beach experience.

My time at the Amanoi was nothing short of fantastic. The 1 1/4 hour drive will fly by and you take in Vietnam's central coastline to get to one of the most picturesque spots the country has to offer. The Amanoi is completely on its own in the middle of a protected national park so it's beautiful, relaxing an quiet. The resort itself is cast over many acres and made up of 26 pavilions and 5 villas (which are great for families). The pavilions at 95sqm are an great size and offer lots of privacy and amazing views. I was in a Pool Pavilion mountain view which was ideal, lovely views onto the jagged mountains and a beautiful sunset in the evening. The service was one of the things that stood out for me, it was impeccable. The staff all over the resort are extremely friendly & attentive and you can't help but feel at home. During the day it's worth heading down to the beautiful private beach where there's all sorts of complimentary non-motorised water sports available. There's sailing, sea-kayaking (which I did), stand up paddle boarding and windsurfing. The resort all offers tennis, volley ball, Thi Chi, yoga, an amazing spa and many off site activities which you have to try. It's a resort for those who want to relax and those who want to be active and everything in between - a great choice!

The location of Amanoi is incredible. It is an hour and a half drive away from Nha Trang Airport. The drive is so pretty as you pass lots of local fishing villages and rice paddies and as you get near to the hotel you drive along a winding coastal path which is stunning. Amanoi is located within a national park with no other hotels around so you really do feel like you away from everything just surrounded by this beautiful scenery. All of the pavilions are scattered over the estate and are at least 6 meters apart so provides so much privacy. From my Ocean View Pool Pavilion the only thing that I could see was the incredible sea views and beautiful surrounding jungle. The only time that I felt like there was even anyone staying at the hotel was at meal times or by the two beautiful pools.
