Description
More Quarters offers 16 self-catered, luxury one and two bedroom apartments, giving an independent style of living but with access to full hotel services.
The More Quarters apartment hotel is situated in the area of Cape Town known as the 'city bowl', between Table Mountain and Signal Hill. This is an ideal place from which to access the Table Mountain Cableway, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the waterfront as well as Long and Kloof Streets, which are well known for their array of excellent restaurants, bars and shops.
In addition, the hotel is set on an almost exclusively-owned street, alongside the Cape Cadogan, making it a tranquil retreat from the buzz of the city at the end of the day.
15 one-bedroom apartments are perfect for couples wanting the services of a hotel but the independence to self-cater should they wish. The four two-bedroom apartments make a perfect private space for families or groups of friends. Each apartment has everything you would want, including a fully equipped kitchen, tea and coffee making facilities, wireless internet access, iPod docking station and satellite television amongst others.
Guests will also have full access to all the hotel's facilities and the superb staff are always at hand to help make the most of a Cape Town holiday, from booking day tours or golf to advising where to wine and dine.
Breakfast is included and is served in the light and airy breakfast room.
Accommodation
There are 14 one-bedroom apartments (size: 60m2) and for groups or families seeking a private and secluded retreat in the Mother City, there are four two-bedroom apartments (size: 80m2). The apartments are all well-equipped with the expected mod cons to make your stay as comfortable and as convenient as possible. The apartments are well lit and are decorated in sophisticated neutral colours.
Childcare
There are no specific child care facilities but children of all ages are welcome, though families and groups would do better with a two-bedroom apartment. Babysitting can be arranged for those that require it. Children are given a little welcome pack on arrival with crayons and a colouring book and parents are given advice on the best places to take their children to during their stay.
Activities
Take a walk down to bars, bistros and brasseries or meander up to Table Mountain. The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and the beaches of Camps Bay are just a short drive away, as are most of the city's attractions, including the winelands and numerous golf courses.

More Quarters brings a refreshing new take to a stay in Cape Town. With your very own apartment off of Kloof Street you're within walking distance to all the greatest restaurants and even have the ability to cook your own meals as you settle into your new home in Cape Town. Elegant luxury and service are the focus at More Quarters, a stay here is perfect for couples or families looking to escape hectic city life.

Our first introduction to More Quarters was straight off the Heathrow flight; we were tired and plane-weary, and in need of rejuvenation and rejuvenation we got! More Quarters is a little sanctuary in the city bowl area, very close to Long and Kloof Streets and all their attractions. We sat down to a delicious breakfast of eggs benedict (by far the best we had ever had) and freshly squeezed guava juice before being shown to our apartment uniquely, More Quarters is not hotel rooms but apartments each with its own well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Decorated in muted tones, these apartments are perfect for families travelling together and guests wishing to have a bit more of their own space or even the ability to prepare simple meals. Each has its own entrance, and is fully self-contained .

In the City Bowl you are close to the buzzing streets of Long and Kloof, packed with great restaurants, cafes and shops, less than 10 minutes over Kloof Nek Street and you drop down to the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Table Mountain towers over the city bowl. You certainly never forget where you are with a stay here. The flexibility offered by More Quarters is excellent, kitchenettes in the apartments, the host of local restaurants and the full services of a hotel are all on tap to ensure your stay in Cape in Cape Town is truly memorable.
