Casa Nalum is a stunning private villa situated on Mexico's Riviera Maya and a perfect option for families eager to get away from it all and explore the powder white beaches, coral reefs and turquoise lagoons of Sian Ka'an Nature Reserve.
Casa Nalum is an exceptional fully-catered villa sleeping up to twelve guests, located on a narrow spit of land with a gorgeous white sand beach and breathtaking views out across the water. In front of you is the Caribbean, where the reef is just a swim away. Behind, a turquoise lagoon offers access to a system of ancient Maya canals and ruins.
The secluded villa has soaring thatched roofs in the traditional Maya style, and low-impact technologies power the electricity, air-conditioning and water systems. There are five guest rooms together with a delightful living area, all breezily spacious and well-furnished. Enjoy open views to the sea or climb onto the roof terrace for a memorable sunset. Food is expertly prepared three times a day, and a maid, butler and gardener keep everything ticking over. The villa also has a pool.
While you are here, there are a variety of excursions on offer. Visit the nearby ruins of Tulum, look for spider monkeys and manatees in the Sian Ka’an Reserve, snorkel with turtles, build a driftwood fire on the beach, or enjoy a massage by the sea. There is also a private dinghy for rent which is a great way of exploring the lagoon. Or simply stay in and watch a movie on the 120-inch cinema screen.
Casa Nalum offers five well appointed, air conditioned guest rooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own terrace with chairs and hammocks.
This is an ideal property for families, with plenty of activities to keep the children amused.
Casa Nalum has a games table, SKY TV, DVD player, home theatre, stereo, telephone, satellite internet and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a swimming pool, a roof terrace and outdoor furniture. Snorkelling equipment is also available.
Casa Nalum offers an all inclusive package so the following are included in the room rates: private airport transfers, all meals and soft drinks, (alcoholic beverages additional), one complimentary massage per adult, five members of staff and a private guided excursion to the Mayan canals.
This unique and distinctively exotic eco-villa on Mexico's Caribbean coast has mile upon mile of deserted sandy white beach. The property enjoys an exceptionally tranquil setting on an isthmus between a lagoon and the sea...and there is not a neighbour to be seen. Charming staff will keep you extremely well cared for - and provide three wonderful meals a day. Visit the ruins at Tulum at sunset; watch the jaguars, pumas, spider monkeys, crocodiles and manatees in the Sian Ka'an Reserve; have a driftwood fire on the beach; go turtle-watching; have a massage by the sea; watch films on the cinema in the villa's open-sided living room; or float along ancient Mayan canals on a giant rubber ring, with a bottle of Bollinger bobbing beside you in its own buoyancy aid.
