Javri Lodge is a high class wooden chalet set in the snowy landscapes of Finnish Lapland. You are greeted with a warm welcome and can relax from the moment you arrive at the family run lodge, thanks to the friendly owners who are always on hand to make sure your stay is no less than perfect.
There are plenty of winter activities to experience from Javri Lodge, from husky sledding to snowmobiling, cross country skiing, tobogganing and beautiful wintry walks too. After an exhilarating day out in the snow, warm up in the traditional Finnish sauna and perhaps take a dip in the swimming pool to wind down for the evening.
The living room offers a cosy place to relax and enjoy a warming tipple whilst gazing out of the window as cross country skiers pass by.
There are just 10 rooms at Javri Lodge, 2 of which are larger suites. Each room is comfortably spacious with en suite bathrooms. The suites are larger with a living room area.
The lodge can also be taken under exclusive use for larger parties.
Javri Lodge isn't really set up for young children as they cannot really cater for them at meal times. It is better suited for couples and older families with children aged 18 and above.
There is a really strong focus on the food here and the passionate chef proudly prepares delicious and exotic dishes with a nightly changing menu, usually consisting of at least 4 courses. The breakfast is freshly prepared each morning and is delicious with choices of freshly baked bread, home made jams, fresh local fish and selections of cheese too.
Each meal is served around a large table for all of the guests.
