A year-round destination however as Tayrona has a hot and humid tropical climate, it can rain at any time of the year. Typically the ‘drier’ season is from December to March, while the most rainfall comes in October and November. The best time to visit is the dry season.

Just a 5-minute drive from Colombia's Tayrona National Park, this beautiful 6-bedroom villa overlooks the point where the Piedras River meets the Caribbean Sea and comes fully staffed. A perfect option for adventures within the rugged National Park.

Located on the shores of the River Piedras and overlooking the point where it meets the ocean at Los Naranjos beach, this 6-bedroom villa offers an exclusive private retreat for anyone wishing to explore Tayrona National Park, without compromising on comfort.

The villa comes fully-staffed with a chef and an English-speaking host, as well as 24/7 concierge. All meals are taken care of and menus can be designed in advance, inclusive of snacks, fresh fruit and juices. For premium wines and liquors there is an additional charge.

Each of the six bedrooms comes with a private ensuite and there is a huge dining area and communal lounge, as well as outdoor seating. A swimming pool sits in front of the property and overlooks the river and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The property also comes equipped with two kayaks and two paddleboards, and surf boards, yoga mats and additional watersports equipment can be provided. We can even set up an outdoor cinema for lazy evenings after exploring this beautiful natural setting.

As well as exploring the surroundings, we can organize privately guided tours into the Tayrona National Park, including hiking, sailing on a private yacht, birdwatching, river kayak safaris, tubing, diving and snorkeling, as well as visits to remote indigenous communities.

The villa comes with 6 ensuite bedrooms, all with a double bed and an additional single bed. 4 bedrooms have views to the river, gardens and pool. Each room has a safe box and air-conditioning.

Facilities

Facilities include a swimming pool, kayaks and paddleboards. Additionally, we can arrange yoga mats and additional watersports equipment such as surf boards - just let us know!
