The attraction for this type of hotel is that guests are never short of dining opportunities in the evening. San Cassiano is home to two Michelin starred restaurants and a host of other establishments serving exceptional food. If you wish to sample traditional Ladin cuisine then you can try “Turtres” (a kind of stuffed crullers) or “Cajinci” (stuffed pasta pockets similar to ravioli) and dessert could be apple strudel or “Kiachln” (like a doughnut). Alternatively, there's the option to eat in, using the very well equipped kitchenette.

Much of the produce made in the hotel - the fresh bread and the delicious preserves, organic cheeses and local cold meats and eggs cooked just how you like them. On two afternoons each week, the hotel cooks a hearty soup, with a choice of wines, snacks and a typical South Tyrolean marende - cheese and meats - which is all served at the hotel bar. And once a week, if you'd prefer to stay in, the hotel chef will prepare the ingredients for a dinner that you can finish in your apartment.
The 24 Lagació suites are well designed, cleanly decorated and modern design. Panorama windows admit plenty of light and give a breathtaking view of the Lagazoui mountain and the impressive Dolomites scenery. La Palsa Spa offers a good range of restorative treatments using top quality products such as Team Dr Joseph and Thalgo, and has a Finnish sauna, steam bath low-temperature sauna and ice fountain.
