To start planning your holiday to Essence Hanoi Hotel & Spa

The Essence Hanoi Hotel & Spa enjoys an enviable location within the capital's bustling Old Quarter, which is packed with shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel offers comfortable and stylish rooms, warm service and an excellent local restaurant.

The Essence Hanoi Hotel & Spa is a small and intimate property, ideal for couples and families looking to be in the centre of the action in Vietnam's charming capital. The property is ideally located in Hanoi's exciting and chaotic Old Quarter, only a short walk from the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake.

The rooms have a lovely local feel, with polished wooden floors and ornate modern light fittings. The décor is fairly neutral, although olive green furnishings add a stylish pop of colour. Rooms have all of the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including flat-screen TVs and air-conditioning. Higher room categories have balconies, and there are also interconnecting options for families.

Given the hotel's size and location, facilities are limited and there is no pool or gym, although there is a small spa. However given that most of your time will be spent out exploring, this should not be a deterrent. Whilst there are many local eateries on the hotel's doorstep, the property does also have its own restaurant, which is worth trying during your stay. The Essence Restaurant is on the hotel's ground floor, and offers an elegant space with a menu of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
