To start planning your holiday to White Stallion Ranch
Located just north of the Saguaro National Park within the dusty Sonoran Desert, White Stallion is the ideal place for guests to reconnect with nature by riding through unspoilt desert, rugged mountains and towering cactus fit for Hollywood movie sets.
White Stallion Ranch, owned and run by the True family, offers guests a perfect balance of a rustic dude ranch, where families and friends can unleash their inner cowboy, and the service and amenities of a fine resort.
Leave the stresses of everyday life behind and escape to White Stallion Ranch, where all guests are encouraged to reconnect with nature under warm Arizona sunshine. Families will love spending time together in a friendly environment, in the heart of the Tucson desert. Kids can learn new skills, adults can rediscover old ones and come together for a family vacation that's likely to create memories that will last a lifetime.
As soon as you arrive at the ranch, it's like you've stepped back to a simpler time where cowboys ran the west and riding horseback was the most common mode of transport. With one of the largest private herds of horses in the state, the True family have developed a comprehensive riding programme to accommodate both beginners and advanced riders. With a variety of mountain rides, slow rides, hay rides and team cattle penning, all expertly guided by knowledgeable wranglers, there really is something for everyone at the ranch. For couples, the wine and cheese or beer and cheetos rides are especially unique. Any non-riding guests will be particularly well catered for, with hiking excursions, rock climbing, tennis and swimming all at their fingertips.
Inspiring confidence in little ones and instilling a true love of nature, the ranch provides an exceptional stay for families in the most welcoming and homely environment.
A combination of room types can be found on the Ranch accommodating both couples and larger families. Choose from a Salas, Casita or stay in one of the Hacienda's authentically decorated and equipped with fireplaces, Jacuzzi baths in most and sweeping views of the Sonoran Desert.
Children of all ages are welcome on the ranch. The kids programme is available for children ages 4 through 15 years. Upon arrival, kids join a group based on age - Buckaroos (ages 4-6), Wranglers (ages 7-9), Outlaws (ages 10-12) and Bandits (ages 13-15). Riders will learn the basics through a variety of horse activities and will advance on ability.
