The Lodge caters for both families and couples with an array of adventures and amenities for all ages. While the vast expanse of ranch land brings with it the obvious draw of hiking, fishing, mountain biking and horse riding, there is also a luxurious spa offering both indulgent treatments for the body or mindfulness pursuits for the soul for those looking to really relax.  For our younger guests, exciting adventures from grooming horses and looking after the farm animals to geo-catching and wilderness survival are available as part of the ‘Little Vaqueros Club.

When it comes to food, The Dining Room at Blue Sky serves the freshest mountain cuisine from the estate, with organic meat, fish and vegetables. For whiskey fans, the High West Distillery offers the opportunity to learn about the whisky making process from grain-milling and mashing through to distilling and aging.  At the end of the tour you can even indulge in some whisky tastings.  Guests can also enjoy laid-back Western country cuisine at the High West’s restaurant, The Refectory.

The Lodge at Blue Sky offers an exciting new property that can be enjoyed as a stand-alone stay, or as part of a wider itinerary with Utah’s national parks, or connected with Grand Teton and Yellowstone for those on a wider Western holiday itinerary.
