Reviews
Dominic Atterton (Staff)
What a haven Kirini is, away from the madness of Mykonos beach clubs and oligarchs marauding around the island in Lamborghinis. The hotel is located in the quiet area of Aleomandra about 20 minutes from Mykonos town but a world away in terms of feel. It offers complete peace and quiet perched above the Aegean with the most magnificent views from its rooms and multiple infinity pools. The hotel is built on many levels cascading down the hillside towards a small swimming cove below. It is not really a place for young children but would make a wonderful sanctuary for couples young and old looking to enjoy Mykonos from a distance and perhaps take a couple of trips into town for dinner between relaxing and reading. The hotel restaurant is great and well priced so you could happily while away your time for a few days or use it as a base to explore further afield on the island although a car would make things easier. The staff are lovely and the manager Menia makes every effort to really make each guest feel welcome and help them to make the most of the island. It may not be as glitzy or stylish as other hotels on the island but for me Kirni was perfect.
