Morocco is famous for its use of spices and traditional cooking techniques. Experience this firsthand by learning these wonderful practices and bringing them home with you!
During your half-day cookery lesson the chef will teach you how to prepare a full traditional meal that you will be able to recreate back home for friends and family. Typical dishes you might cook include tagines, couscous or pastillas.
After you have finished cooking you will sit down to savour the fruits of your labour with a glass of local wine. After lunch enjoy a guided tour of the souks where you'll discover many more tips on the use of spices and local seasonal products.
