Located at the foot of the mountain in Hirafu village, Ki Niseko offers the convenient ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes, with superb views of the spectacular dormant volcano of Mount Yotei.

Accommodation has been cleverly designed to maximize space, with the condos each equipped with kitchen facilities allowing guests the complete flexibility to dine in or out. Views from the rooms are either up the mountain or across to Mountain Yotei.
The staff at Ki Niseko are exceptionally friendly and the concierge team are always on hand to assist with anything you may need, from arranging lift tickets to booking you a private guide to take you in to the powder fields that Niseko is world famous for.
Away from the slopes, the hotel has its own on-site Onsen and a dip in the mineral rich spring water direct from the hotel's exclusive source provides is the perfect way to end the day after a long day in the powder.
Dining is taken seriously at Ki Niseko, with both a restaurant (An Dining) and more casual cafe and bar available for guests.
The hotel has its own regular complimentary shuttle bus running around town, with convenient stops at key locations. Best of all for skiers, Ki is the only hotel in Niseko offering a ski valet service which makes getting on and off the slopes each day a seamless experience.

At 56m2 this is a spacious suite with incredible 180 degree panoramic views. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen with washer / dryer and dishwasher facilities along with a dining and lounge area. Whilst this is ideal for 2, it can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests as it also has the convenience of a wall bed in the living area.

Ideal for families or groups, this spacious 72m2 condo is suitable for 4 adults. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with washer / dryer and dishwasher facilities along with a dining and lounge area.
At 254m2 the Penthouse is incredibly light and spacious. Suitable for 10 adults, it offers 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite and a smaller en-suite bedroom that would be more suitable for children. Features a dining room table for 12, an open counter kitchen and washer / dryer facilities in the utility room. The Penthouse has breathtaking views of both Mount Yotei and the resort with large terraces and an outdoor jacuzzi.
Babysitting can be arranged through the hotel's concierge, with hourly rates starting from 3,500 JPY and bookings made at least 72 hours in advance. There are no dedicated facilities for children at this hotel.
Niseko has a huge number of dining options, but one of the best in town is An Dining - the hotel's signature restaurant. There is also a great cafe for lighter bites and a great bar serving up cocktails, wines and beer and coffees to go.
An on-site Onsen provides a haven for relaxation after a day in the powder, with saunas and plunge pools.
Exclusively for hotel guests, Ki Niseko has male and female onsens, plus two private family onsens which can be booked on arrival.
The Onsen are natural hot springs which provide the ultimate relaxation and help soothe aching muscles.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, An Dining is headed up by Head Chef Shinichi Maeda with a huge emphasis on produce from Hokkaido.
Niseko is made up of four ski areas – Annupuri, Niseko Village, Hirafu and Hanazono which are interlinked and covered on one ski pass. The lift system is a little more antiquated than other international resorts, but it's the backcountry that people really come here for, with the majority of skiers opting to take a guide.
There are plenty of other activities on offer which mainly center around the snow, including deep powder cat skiing, snowbiking, snowmobiling

The main ski season runs from the end of November through to Easter. January - April sees the highest snowfall and the lowest temperatures will be felt in February when it can reach -7 degrees.
