Abel treats Turin like a living storyboard, full of movement, contrasts and details hiding in plain sight. His career began in creative hubs, turning ideas into short films and blank walls into stories through art, and that hands-on, maker's instinct still drives everything he does. What keeps him hooked is the teenage perspective. Teenagers don't take a place at face value, he says: they question it, remix it and make it their own, and that energy keeps him sharp and curious too. So he designs days that stay fluid, ready to shift with the mood, the weather or the group. Energetic but tuned-in, he builds experiences that feel collaborative, giving teens real room to shape them.

Luca still can't walk past an unexplored side street. As a boy in Turin, ducking into squares and hidden courtyards with his family, he worked out that the best stories rarely make the guidebooks. That restlessness shapes how he guides across Italy now, reading each place through its music, food, habits and smells. He's a language teacher and a musician, forever chasing connections: why a square feels different at sunset, how a song captures a city. Teenagers are his favourite challenge. They bore fast, he knows, but turn deeply curious when something truly lands, and he lives for the moment history suddenly feels alive. Warm, relaxed and playful, he wants people guided, never lectured.

Marta reads a landscape the way others read a book. She grew up beneath Monviso, clocking up countless kilometres on Alpine trails with her father, learning to notice every scent, silence and hidden story. An environmental guide and educator, her favourite part of the work is the moment a teenager stops, looks properly, and realises nature is not boring at all, but full of adventure and mystery. She has crossed oceans by sailing boat and roamed California's national parks, yet always returns to the rolling Langhe hills she calls home. No two days run the same, because she shapes each one around the group, the energy of the moment, and whatever catches their curiosity.

You can't control the weather, but you can shape the way you explore. That's Rakela's line, and 20 years of guiding families across the USA and Canada have only sharpened it. Alaska to Florida, the Rockies to California, what she really collects is people: the locals, the chefs, the storytellers who turn a place into a place. The bit she lives for is the click, when a teen gets curious, tries something new, and surprises themselves. Off duty, she's at the archery range or working on her marksmanship, always learning. .
